"Hi, I'm Inna. Lol. They got my name wrong again. Hahaha. I asked the lady how much a Grande #wcm is since I only had $5.08 on my card & didn't wanna get my wallet out of my purse to reload today. She said it's around $5.03 so I ordered that instead of a tall drink. When she rang it, it turned out to be $5.37. I offered to pay the difference (& was about to take my wallet out) but she refused & charged me with a Tall drink instead. Gotta love them for admitting to their mistakes & doing something about it. :) "
